Return Policy

Note: JD Collectibles documents all reconditioned order shipments (pre, during, post shipping preparation photos)

Not all purchases are going to be perfect. As hard as we try, things may not always arrive as expected. Please acknowledge that Box condition is sold as-is. We ship our products mint unless stated in the description. We do not offer exchanges, discounts, or refunds for dents and creases caused during shipping transit. If you are concerned with the box condition, please email us at service@shopjdc.com

With that in mind:

  • We offer a 30 day replacement policy for damage and defective items for new/unopened items
  • We offer a 15 day replacement policy for damage and defective items for reconditioned items
  • We offer a 30 day return policy for new/unopened items (buyer is responsible for shipping)
  • We do not offer returns for reconditioned items – sales are final

Damaged and defective items policy

Any defective item or item damaged in transit goes through our standard replacement policies, for new products please reference our “Replacement policy (New Products)” or for reconditioned products reference our “Replacement policy (Reconditioned Products)”. Please email us to service@shopjdc.com for any issues with damaged or defective items, include detailed photos, order number and a description and image of the condition you received your shipping box.

The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:

  • Minor cosmetic paint issues
  • Package condition
  • Manufacturer quality control issues
    • E.g. loose joints

Replacement policy (New Products)

Applies for new products only

If you item qualifies as a defective product and your order was delivered within the last 30 days, we will provide a return label. Once we process and confirm return we will send a replacement (if available in-stock). If the item is no longer available, we will be happy to issue a refund to the original payment method.

Replacement services may be provided for the following circumstances:

  • Defects-missing components from the package, duplicate components, item broken-in-package
  • Wrong paint colors (e.g. blue instead of red)

***Please note that we are unable to replace action figures that have color or tone inconsistencies or paint misapplication smaller than 5mm as these are variances within the production process.

Replacement policy (Reconditioned Products)

Applies for reconditioned products only

Our team strives to offer the highest quality reconditioned collectibles in the market. Our recertification process involves 3 stages; inspection, sanitation and documentation. All details of a recertified item are included in the product description and documented in high resolution pictures, if any accessories are missing it will also be included in the details. Our 3 step process allows us to offer high quality after market / used collectibles.

With this in mind, reconditioned items only qualify as defective item if:

  • Product broke in package
  • Received the incorrect product

If you item qualifies as a defective product and your order was delivered within the last 15 days, we will provide a return label. Once we process and confirm return we will send a replacement (if available in-stock). If the item is no longer available, we will be happy to issue a refund to the original payment method.

If product is missing accessories that were not documented in product description:

  • Contact us at service@shopjdc.com we might be able to send the missing accessories
  • In the event we don’t have missing accessories we would provide a partial refund
  • Please note if missing accessories were documented on the product’s description we are unable to partially refund or ship additional accessories.
